Richard and Basia bring technical backgrounds and hands-on leadership.
Richard Ridley has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance, and speaks English, Spanish, and German. Basia Ridley is a Chemical Engineer whose background includes designing and running industrial chemical trials for optimization and improvement, and she speaks Polish and English.
